Method
- Preheat the smoke to 275ยบ and get the smoker filled with smoke.
- Melt butter or ghee
- Stir in real maple syrup until blended.
- Pour over nuts and toss to mix.
- Add to an aluminum pan. Generously sprinkle with salt.
- Smoke for 3-5 hours.
- Allow to cool completely to bring out the full smoke flavor.
- Store in a air tight container for up to a week.
