Salt, Pepper & Garlic Rub
SPG Rub is an all purpose rub of
Morton Coarse Kosher Salt
, coarse black pepper and granulated garlic. That’s it. We put a generous amount on anything we are going to grill from burgers to high quality steak.

Ingredients

Kosher coarse salt

granulate garlic

coarse black pepper
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a jar, put the lid on tightly and shake until mixed.
Add to any meat you plan to grill or smoke.
Notes
You can make a smaller batch for one meal: 1 T salt, 1 T garlic, 1.5 tsp pepper.
