garlic

baby potatoes

olive oil

sesame seeds

poppy seeds

mustard seeds

teaspoon
coarse Kosher salt
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the onions and garlic, cut the potatoes in half or in quarter.
Toss the veggies in olive oil to coat.
Put potatoes, onions and garlic on the prepared pan. Sprinkle with seeds and salt.
Bake 30-45 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
Notes
Air Fryer directions: preheat the air fryer to 400º F. Cook 15 minutes. Shake a the basket a couple of times during the cooking.
