French Toast made with egg nog for the unique egg noggy taste.

  • flat bottom dish (like a medium casserole dish)
  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c egg nog
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 slices bread

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a flat bottom dish (like a casserole dish), whisk the egg nog, eggs and vanilla until well mixed.
  • Soak each piece of bread in the egg nog mixture. Be sure to let each slice drip before placing it on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8 minutes. Flip. Bake for 2 minutes more.
