Method
- Preheat the smoker to 225°F and let it fill with smoker. We use hickory.
- Cut the salmon filet in half to fit your smoker.
- Generously sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill week.
- Place fillets directly on the rack in your smoker.
- Smoke until the salmon reaches 145°F. 45 minutes to an hour.
