Apple Cherry Paleo Granola
This is un-granola or semi-granola. It's grain free, sweet and chewy and can be eaten cold or warmed.

- 1 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1 cup sliced raw almonds
- ½ cup dried cherries unsweetened
- ½ cup dried apples unsweetened, diced
Mix all the ingredients. Store in a air tight contained in a cool, dry place.
Serve cold with nut milk or other milk of choice or serve warm: put ½ cup of cereal with ¼ cup of milk in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute.
