Ingredients

ground venison or venison sausage
you can use any ground meat or leave it out altogether

tablespoon
olive oil

onion, chopped
about 1 cup

cloves
minced garlic

teaspoon
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
dried basit

tablespoon
dried parsley
1/2
teaspoon
salt

28 ounce can
crushed tomatoes
Instructions
Heat oil in a large sauce pan. Brown the ground meat.
When meat is just about cooked through, add chopped onion and minced garlic.
Add tomatoes, herbs and salt. Simmer at least 15 minutes.
