  1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Using a pastry cutter or a fork, mix the butter into the brown sugar, oatmeal and flour to create a crumbly topping.
  3. Add the cut rhubarb to an 8 inch baking pan (I used a oval casserole dish) and then top with the brown sugar-oat topping.
