mayonnaise

fresh squeezed lime juice

Instructions
Peel and shred the carrots. Shred apple (peeled or unpeeled) and celery.
Mix the mayonnaise, lime juice and salt.
Add the dressing to the shredded ingredients. Then add the raisins.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
